I really enjoyed the S60R but I was doing a lot of tracking with it and I was afraid it wasn't going to hold up. Volvo made a car that was supposed to compete with the M3 and S4 but it really didn't have the power. I had around 50k miles on it and decided to trade it in while it still had some value. I looked at the BMW Z-4 M coupe and the Cayman S. Hoffman offered me $12k for the Volvo which was an insult and no discount on the Cayman. Fathers and Sons advertised all 3 of the Cayman S's they had in stock, each with a sticker of about $67K, for $59K flat. Since I bought the S60R their, they offered me $21K for it. When all was said and done, I saved about $12K going to Fathers and Sons compared to Hoffmans. Thats a hell of a lot of money. I got a call from the salesman from Hoffmans a few weeks later and he said maybe we could make a deal if I came in, so in I went and showed off my new Cayman from Fathers and Sons.

Looks like we should have a get together come spring. I see a silver Cayman everyday in Cheshire near where I work and I met a guy in my town yesterday morning at the local Starbucks in a Cayman.
