I applied 5 Star Shine (www.5starshine.com) to my car about eight months ago. The application was conventional except for the primer wash step, but the results continue to be exceptional. I drive my car daily and hand wash it about twice a week; I have never used any product before that has such an enduring ability to repel soil and bead water (and I should add that the water beading is the smallest beading I've ever seen!). You can go to www.uspto.gov, click on "How to Search" then "Search Patent Now" then under "Issued Patents" click on "Quick Search", then in window "Term 1" enter 5,081,171, then click "Search", then open number 5,081,171.

If you read this patent it will become evident to you that this advanced molecular elctromagnetic technology is real. The fact that the US Navy fleet uses it on all of their Aegis radar systems also validates the effectiveness.
