Indeed. Get the whole set. I did just what you suggested - sent porschelibrarian a PM, sent him a payment by PayPal, and a couple of days later two CDs arrive via priority mail. Terrific package: a giant pdf file of the workshop manual (it's most of a CD!) and the whole Porsche parts software which installs right on your computer and has exploded diagrams of everything. He has manuals for every Porsche out there, so definitely the go-to guy.
This stuff is invaluable. Take a look at the
articles here on things like center console replacement, trim removal, etc. While they're good the factory manual is even better, with every step, which way to yank, etc. spelled out. Not to mention torque values and everything else under the sun.
