Just read this thread after coming back from a sprited drive. I have had over 35 cars and a dozen motorcycles over the years and the Cayman is my favorite. I buy and trade trade cars so much that my friends kid me that I get another as soon as the new car smell wears off. My Cayman is my weekend toy. I am somewhat amazed that after almost one year that nothing else strikes my fancy. I don't long for anything else. It's that satisfying. I wouldn't mind a little more power but the car is so engaging that I may just drop in a 3.8 in a couple of years unless Porsche steps up with something close, say a 3.6. I love this car!
