At home I park on the top floor of the parking garage and at work I park in in covered parking lot. If it snows harder I cover the car with my Carcraft Noah II cover.

I also bought one of those pesticide sprayers (1gallon bottle with a pump and spray nozzle), so I just put a bit of shampoo and spray the car off after a "salty ride", than rinse it with some hot water same way. Since I waxed it with that salt water boat grade Collinite wax, I don't worry as much. Water beads and runs off fast, so it does not freeze on the car.
I also covered underside and wheelwells with silicone tire gel (as per advice I got on detailing forum), so snow and grime do not stick at all.

It is just too hard to not drive it. I have another tire-roasting car, but it just does not corner or glide like a Cayman.
