For those of you unfamaliar with fuel, here is my summary:-
Normal superunleaded 97RON-Most have cleaning agent but not those from supermarkets.
Shell v-power 99RON with cleaning agent-Good if you have your car Revo-ed!!!!
Tesco99 99RON no cleaning agent
Normal unleaded 95RON ----Porsche recommend 97RON+
Why buy a sport Chrono or a porsche if you are just using normal unleaded?  You lose bhp using normal unleaded esp your car is a turbo! |
The BP 102octane fuel is stocked by a garage near where I work. Its £2.45/litre..... They sell some to the Ferrari customers in the area, but my understanding was that Porsche are optimised at 99RON fuel, and paying double for the 102stuff is wasting money.
Having said that, I might put in 1/2 tank for research purposes!
