Simply Ridiculous

although i've had my Cayman for only 6 weeks, i've been challenged to street races several times, typically by irresponsible and immature ricers in either Hondas or Acuras (although there has been the occasional Subaru WRX STI and Mitsubishi EVO). i never bite...i just let them do their thing and hope nobody gets injured.

however, early this morning (about 4:15), i was challenged by a Ford Aerostar minivan. he was in front of me and as i attempted to pass, he would block me by changing lanes. i grew tired of his behavior and accelerated passed him until i caught up with some other cars...to place some distance between us. he eventually caught up and worked his way passed the other cars and got in front of me (i was traveling at the posted speed limit because i know that five-o is frequently hiding). he then sticks his arm out of the window with his index finger up saying he won and is #1. what an idiot. the whole series of events was simply ridiculous.

i guess that this is one of the undesired issues that we have to deal with. how have you guys (and gals) handled similar situations?
