Welcome to the Club, sorry to hear that your first contact with the boards is because you are having an issue with your car.

A coolant leak is something that has been discussed here before and it would seem that it has been found that some of the clamps that hold the coolant lines together are substandard. If you do a search on 'coolant leak' I think you will find some answers. Here is one to get you started...

It would seem that some of the dealers are admitting to the fault, the best course of action is to take your car to the dealer ASAP.
