Actually they are correct on that one, the error code is still in the ECU fault memory until cleared by the
PIWIS. If it is the cat code (like 431) it can go away if the car believes the problem has gone away, but again the code will still be stored, so keep your appointment and see what it is to see if it is serious or not. Likely not, but better to be safe than sorry...
