Don't be stupid and suggest this is something it is not. A stone in the caliper is not a quality issue any more than a nail in a tire.
Is you think it is a quality issue, you can blame Brembo who makes the breaks. But I don't think you will find anyone who agrees they have less than excellent quality. Certainly Nissan has chosen to use them.
