Is your problem that the radio does not power up (power or fuse related) or that the radio seems to work but that there is no sound (like the amplifiers are off)? I ask because I went through the same thing: 1) no sound, but radio working; 2) pulled and reseated fuses; 3) radio seems okay; 4) I thought (incorrectly) that the problem was solved.

Unfortunately it recurred again a few days later. I went to the dealer where they reprogrammed my radio. It was fine for a couple of months, then last week it did the same thing. The next day it was fine. I read the TCB about radio problems being attributed to bad CDs or non-commercial ones (self burned) ... I do have one custom CD created by a stereo dealer but the CDS never seems to have a problem with it. But now I power off the radio before I shut off the car and repower it after it's restarted ... so far, no problems.
