hoya- First off, sorry to hear about your bad experience. It seems to have happened in probably the worst location in the United States for that situation. I fear that (with any vehicle) all the time in the Lincoln/Holland Tunnels. It does seem to be a bad batch as this crept up quickly. You have an amazing car and once this oversight is fixed you will see and experience how awesome this car is. Stick with it and WELCOME to the club....
