Couple of questions pertaining to this intake-sorry if they seem too elementary. FIrst, will this intake work with a non-S Cayman? I am thinking of de-snorking and adding this intake.

Second, why add the GIAC software? Anyone add the intake and not the software? I personally do not feel the software is necessary. Please correct me if I am way off base!
