beastmaster, thanks for the info. however, even based on the new epa methodology, i'm still below what is "expected" (old methodology 23/32 and 26 combined, whereas the new methodology indicates 20/29 and 23 combined). i'm averaging less than 18.5 on mixed driving and i exercise a considerable amount of self control (don't rev high). in fact, i might be averaging less than some 3.4 guys.
