On this 30 minute drive, did the rattle not present itself, or could the 2 of you not locate it?

I'm not sure which one was making the rattle, that is just what they said to me when I picked up the car. I didn't notice the glass being positioned wrong, but the rattle is gone so I'm a happy camper.

One other thing you might check is the Oil fill door. Sometimes that can become loose and rattle you might check to make sure the filler cap is on tight and that the door is closed all the way.
