When I put my drivers side seat belt on, it has to "twist" to go over my shoulder and my lap, about a half revolution...instead of laying flat. I noticed on the passenger side there is zero twist.

Is this how its supposed to be? It looks like I can take the bolt off on the bottom size and flip the "latch" part and that should fix it, but I dont know how much I want to be messing with safety stuff.
