I have the "droopy foam in the third tail light" syndrome that I've seen others mention here several months ago. Its the _only_ thing that's gone wrong in the 6 months that I've had the Cayman (I'm really happy about that).

Frankly I don't trust a dealer to not make it worse (or mess something up with the hatch latch or something else) so I've been holding out taking it in.

Has anyone successfully fixed this issue themselves?
