CS spec is 295HP of which is the engine power at the crank. There is loss through the drive train to the wheels. Dyno measurements are done at the wheels. We all use an average of 15% loss generally. Which equates to 250HP give or take some variation.

You also have some rolling loss, you can check that out by seeing how easy it is to push a CS in netural. Just dont let anybody see you do it in case they get the wrong idea!
