The manual mentions putting a coating on the side glass only to prevent water fron diminishing the view during inclement weather -

I have noticed they are getting worse at about 7500miles...they were worse on my '06 that my current '07..but it still an issue.

It is a factory issue with the coating...let us know what you find out.
