i would go with option 2. with a few adjustments; i have the bose sound system, and its great... but if i had to choose, i would leave it off in exchange for the
sports exhaust system (sounds amazing). and to make up most of the difference i would also leave off the self-dimming mirrors and rain sensors (i dont drive the CS in the rain very much). it's a porsche and as such i say fill it with as many performance upgrades as possible!!
