Daughter Kelly and I took the downhill run on that road after we left the R'n'C 2 scout team in Highlands. Uphill is the way to go. There is a lot of traffic on this road and no third lane for passing on the downhill side. We were tucked in behind 4 slow Harleys and a minivan.
