Mookie,
When I first hooked up my system the valves stayed open until I re-set the control box. You need the programming instructions to do that. Nick can get the them emailed to you. The headers start out full of greasy residue from the manufacturing process which will smoke a lot until it’s burned away.

Fort Felker,
The good news; I’ve dyno’d my system before and after installation and with valves closed to redline and valves open to redline and have the raw data to build comparison charts for torque and HP, the results are not what I expected but not for lack of power. The bad news; I’m packing right now for Crocktoberfest and am running late, this will be my last post till I get back. When I return I’ll finish my installation article and post a thread on dyno results and adjusting the control box. I'm outa here!!
