A naive question on warranty

I was reading the information stuck in that nice (immitation) leather holder/whatever about warranties. It said something about driving "...on reasonable road surfaces within legal speed limits..." or words to that effect. But a lot of folks do "track days" or DE activities.

So, is the warranty valid on track days, even though the road surfaces are quite nice and the definition of "legal limit" is somewhat ambigious. Or if a part fails a month after such an one day activity, is the part still expected to be part of warranty? I surely am expecting a Porsche to withstand some driving at speed.

Or am I just naive?
