No water restrictions here, but I have a drain in my garage. Often times in winter will resort to just a bucket with soap and then a couple more to rinse off. Garage is not heated but just enough above freezing where it can be done. Probably takes less than 5 gallons of water, or a few toilet flushes. And no one can see me doing it.
