There are many examples of Porsche "doing the right thing" in this regard. I know of three people who had engines replaced when Porsche knew they were tracking it. They were told, just this once, but still, pretty good show. Other stories about power steering, etc. Guess I'll find out soon: my car is in the shop now with what we suspect to be power steering problems. The tech sat in my car to hear the noises I was describing and asked me about me tracking the car. Guess the 6 point harnesses and fire extinguisher were a dead giveaway. He talked about how he had heard how great this car was on the track etc. and mentioned a few of the other folks in the area that I must know, then went on to describe several of the zone 8 luminaries you see in these threads. So, if my car is covered under warranty, we have another success story. If not, I guess I am the local goat. I will let you know.
