I must reinforce Chow's statement. You don't need to be an HTML hero. Just whip something up in Word, try to get the formatting (font, bold, line spacing, etc...) as close to the other styles as possible and then Chow's and I can take it from there. PM one of us for our e-mail addresses when you're ready.
