your dealer is lying to you.
i have alcantera roof liner on 9 of my porsches. NONE of them has any rattles. tell them to fix it. if they can't find another dealer.

today's dealer just REPLACE parts, they dont spend the time or use the few remaining brain cells they have to FIX things.

EVERYTHING can be fixed. replacement often do not solve prob. FIX it.
