Clutch Stiction?

Weird issue developing with my CS. When letting out the clutch pedal, I notice stiction at the clutch pedal. This feels like an intermittent increase in the friction of something (?) as the clutch pedal is let out. Others might describe it as a vibration felt at the clutch pedal, but no where else.

This is not present with the engine off, present at idle, and worse with increasing revs. There is no difficulty disengaging/engaging the clutch smoothly, no obvious new driveline vibration, and no issue with engaging gears.

What bothers me is that it is getting slightly worse day by day. The car has had the Porsche clutch campaign performed (which I think on my car was a new spring for the slave cylinder?). I don't know if the flywheel bolts were checked. The car has about 3200 miles.

Any thoughts?
