I think your price is a little low - well specced higher mileage 2.7's are selling for £35K+ at dealerships - so should see £32K from the dealer. (Rule of thumb - they like to make 10% / at least £3K) The yellow may unfortunately have cost you a grand and the only real option you can get money back on is upgraded wheels and PCM.

Private sales are looking around £33K - if you can find someone with the money!
