I use a small California Duster on the dash and plastic parts - keeps the dust off and leaves no shine at all. For leather parts I use HideFood which keeps the leather looking like new. At some local car widget emporium I picked up a small bottle of 'new car smell' and sprayed a small amount on the carpet. Next time the wife got in she remarked that it smelt 'soapy' inside. Going to try the Febreze option next and see how that works...
