I would recomend the folowing for a street/DE car with only H&R springs (no slotting of shock towers)
Front:
Camber: -1.0 degrees
Toe: Zero toe (for sharp turn in)
caster: 7.5 (it is adjustable in front)
Rear:
Camber: -1.5 degrees
Toe: 1/16th toe in per side
caster: not adjustable
This will give you nice sharp handling but still safe enough for a beginer trackie.
