There are no physical differences between the 2.7 and 3.4 exhaust systems, so if it fits one, it fits both.
Sport Chrono will make no difference. You are probably thinking about the Porsche
Sport Exhaust. That system is tied to
Sport Chrono. It opens two valves in the exhaust when you activate sport mode, making it louder. It's the only system that is tied to
Sport Chrono.
