I just checked with the dealer (Porsche) and it has been titled. Purchased in Oct07 and sold back in June08 by the lady who purchased it.

Agreed on the comment on the status/uncertainty of the economy - that has to be taxing on the dealer's sales. Plus, they have 5 other used Caymans on the lot.

So, $48k may not be unreasonable?
