i'd go in at 45. you already know two things: (a) sticker is irrelevant, b/c it's a used car with going on a year in-service; and (b) they certainly rang the bell on the lady who owned it for 8 months before trading it, so why pay them twice? i'd be surprised if they had much more than low-mid 40's in it.

but then, some would call me very aggressive. in an economy like this, shopping for undeniably luxury-brand items like a porsche, why not be aggressive? it's not as though buyers are lined up out the door.
