The difference is that even a drunk idiot knows that what he's doing is wrong, while a dog doesn't have the intellectual capacity to.

Whether it's urine or spray paint, vandalism is vandalism. I'm not advocating violence against the guy, but in all honesty he brought it on himself - first by doing it, and then by letting someone videotape it and posting it on YouTube.
