For some perspective - I was tossing the idea around of picking up a GT3 last week and talked to two dealers in CO that had one in stock - they both offered my $49k for my 2007 CS, lightly optioned with 4100 miles on it. I think under $50k would be a steal for a 2008 CS. However, the luxury car market is dead right now, so be as aggressive as you can, the worst they can say is no. They are begging me to buy these GT3's right now, but I love the CS so I'm in no hurry.
