Agreed.
I have not verified, but I was told it was never wrecked and was simply a matter of the CS not being the car she thought it was when she bought it. For all intents and purposes the car is new; perfect interior and exterior. Finish is in excellent condition (even under harsh gas station lights). Tires looked brand new; was not able to verify brake/rotor condition. I looked on Ebay and saw similarly speced models going for high $50s - brand new though.
I sent an offer of $48k over this evening and was told that the 'original sticker on the car was over $63k' and 'we are not close to being on a deal' and that my offer 'is what an 2006 CS would bring' finally that we are 'way too far apart'.
Honestly, I am not sure how they expect to get close to $54k for it.
