If you do a search, you'll find several threads about the 997 sport bucket seats (or just look at "Similar Threads" at the bottom of the page). They include side airbags and should bolt right in. Also, they should cost less than 10K Euros, since the US price to retrofit those seats is about $9K, and the dollar is pretty low compared to the Euro right now.
