I attended a tech session at DeMan Motorsports this weekend. The session dealt with car prep for club racing. All variants of the GT3, including an RSR, were reviewed. DeMan is also working on a Daytona Prototype adding a twin turbo setup. It was a really interesting session.
As part of the session I won a dyno run on my car. I have a 2007 CS with
PSE. The car has a little over 12,000 miles on it. I use Sunoco Ultra for fuel. DeMan uses a DynaPack chassis dynamometer. Three runs were made. The first was to warm up the car. The second and third runs are on the chart. The red line is the stock exhaust. The green line is with
PSE turned on. The run was from 1500 to 6900 rpm over 15 seconds. 4th gear was used. The air temperature was about 85 degrees F.
As the chart shows,
PSE did not give any increase in HP, but there was a difference in torque in the lower RPM range.
