Couple of problems here, you'd need someone to be a sponsor to run a group buy on the jerseys and certain graphics may have to be cleared/approved before they can be used on a jersey. Is there any current sponsor that can customize jerseys?
Motordrive comes to mind since I've seen them do shirts, but possibly there are others.
