While you may have a lifter problem, there is mention in the manual about regularly driving the car. Some folks that do not drive regularly have experienced an occasional noisy lifter(s) on startup, though they have quited down after awhile.

I make sure that I drive my car at least weekly. And I haven't had any problems at all.
