I have a custom seat and padded shorts. I think thats about it for fitment.....the rest is just the getting used to it. I have not ridden in about 10 years. So in my new ( 6 months now) exercise regimen, I am running and biking...plus a few more things. I am trying to do at least 10-12 miles a day every day and hopefully 100 miles a week including longer weekend excursions. It is hard to keep that pace up, but its keeping the weight down to a manageable size.
But knowing those rail thin bikers...I am probably one of the ones who "has a gut". baahahahahahahah I may be "thinner" now than six months ago, but I am still not Olive Oil!!
