DeltaV - thanks for adding your expertise, and in particular making the point about bogus medical claims.
I recall reading about a case several years ago where a Porsche owner whose car had sustained some chassis damage, successfully argued (in a court case) against an insurance company, that because of the unique engineering and performance characterstics of a Porsche, that no body shop could ever restore it to original condition. He apparently succeeded in having the car replaced, rather than repaired. Sorry I don't recall which state it was in . . .
