An update: I received a call from the Service Manager who stated that they appear to have corrected the problem - a bad radio was drawing current thus draining the battery. We plan to pick it up tomorrow after they have had a chance to verify the fix - hopefully this is the end of the car not starting problem so I can enjoy the car again after almost a month of back & forth to the dealer!
