Jeff -- this idea goes off in a different direction, but after a couple of months, I'm really happy with the results. Sirius has a series of "Stiletto" portables, which are about the size of a pack of 100m cigarettes. Along comes an auto dock which fits perfectly to the right of the center console in the Cayman. It takes up no space, provides a full color screen, button chanel selection, instant switch to traffic and all the goodies. Best of all, this leaves the cubby in front of the shift for such good stuff as garage security keys, cellphone, etc.

The Stiletto is intended to be a portable Sirius radio, but it records shows (I'm old enough to be a Cousin Brucie fan) for later replay & picks up internet radio. It's neat to take along jogging or bring up to the office when working late.
