I just bought the InV2 and I'm pretty disappointed. First, it doesn't FM transmit on 87.9 which in the Boston area seems to be the only solid choice. I know my friend's Sportster replay does 87.9, but the Sportster series needs to sit in a dock, and that makes the unit way too big to go behind the shifter. I am settling for 88.5 which has a background of static that I get with the music/talk radio. I would return it but it was only $40. I'll likely keep it and use it rarely as the static plus really awful sound quality will just make it more annoying than useful.
I would just get the head unit replaced but for $2000 I need to buy a winter car.

I just stuck the antenna in the net under the hatch and that location works great BTW.
