I think it all depends. Yesterday I was driving on a normal business street when I saw this moded mustang switching lanes and speeding. I decided to try and catch up to it. After a while I pulled up to find a 80 year old woman driving a 400hp stang like she was kimi from ferrari

No. Not Cayman girls. That's 993 girls.
(Porsche joke there. 993s are prone to premature valve guide wear. A common recommendation to prevent this is to remove lower engine cover {underwear} to improve air flow and cooling.)
