At what RPM do you shifter from 1st-6th-Reverse?

Let's say you are taking off from home and starting off in 1st gear and you see a gas station so you think you want to save money on gas and therefore shift into 6th gear to save on fuel, but of course you forget your office keys so now you have to go back thus needing to shift into reverse on the fly. What RPM range do all of you do that in? What is the best RPM for performance? for gas mileage? for making me look silly?

That depends sports chrono on or off?

I find it very difficult to rev match shiftering from 6th to reverse. Maybe I need the pedal extensions.

Were I to find myself in such a precarious situation, I would trade my CS in for a Prius. LOL

I can't tell you the exact RPM but I'm pretty sure it's just at the point the Cayman reaches malignant narcissism

That's not a fair question becuase we don't know the slip angle of your left front wheel or the degree of toe in you are running in the rear.

ENTIRELY depends on whether you have 18" or 19" wheels.

I would bring the car to a complete stop. Then, I would turn the vehicle around. Just like Fred Flintstone.

Well, I think you got that one covered.

As for the other questions, was the car "desnorked"?

Now Ken, I have a little question for you....

If a train leaves Paris towards Stuttgart at 75 miles per hour and another leaves Stuttgart towards Paris 43 minutes later at 142 kilometers per hour, disregarding the phase of the moon, will that force Porsche's hand?
