A full-course yellow in the last 20 laps provided the Audi with the opportunity it wouldn't have been able to do on its own - close a 30 second gap to catch the Spyder. In GT2, congrats to Flying Lizzard and the other GT3RSRs that pushed the Ferrari's into 6th place, allowing the title to be decided at the final race in Laguna Seca. Jorge may get his revenge for being roughed-up at Sebring!

ALMS - I love this series!

Just yesterday I read somewhere on the net that the rules were going to change in order to take away the advantage that deisel cars had over the petroleum cars. At least in the case of LeMans. Does anyone know if this applys to the ALMS series? Darn, I wish I could remember where I saw that! Perhaps Autospies.com.

The rule changes contemplated by the European LeMans governing body will make the LMP2s 1-2 seconds per lap slower than the LMP1s. The ALMS hasn't decided to adopt the European standards - see this month's PANO.
