Excellent! Thanks. I've driven it twice, both times in rental cars. Now how can I get the Cayman over there....?

Glad you liked it. I think it is great. I have never been but now I'm planning next years vacation.

Very cool I have not driven the ring live but the guide does help with the GT4 version of it!

This is a good guide which I used to practice on Gran Turismo before going to the Ring for a week in '04 (and for the first few days I was there). However, it is not the same as the guide used for the 3 day International BMW Club school there - which is even better.

Unless you're made of money you're probably much better off renting a basic BMW at the Frankfurt airport.
